Payment

Fix Me accepts cash, debit, personal cheques and visa/master card. Gift certificates are also available.

Receipts

We can issue you a receipt for extended health insurance or to claim on your income taxes. We do not do direct billing. Please check with your insurance carrier to confirm you have coverage for acupuncture.

Scheduling Treatments

Appointments can be scheduled conveniently through our online booking system or otherwise by phone or text.

Lateness

Please arrive 10 minutes early to ensure you are relaxed and ready for your treatment. Please be aware that arriving late will reduce your treatment time.

Cancellation and Missed Appointments

We require a 24-hour notice to cancel an appointment. There is a fee of $50 for missed appointments.
