Health in T.C.M.

‘The College of Traditional Chinese Medical Practitioners and Acupuncture of Ontario’, defines Traditional Chinese medicine as the following:

“A holistic system of health care that originated in China several thousand years ago. Therapies include acupuncture, herbal therapy, Tuina massage and therapeutic exercise. TCM views the body as a whole and addresses how illness manifests itself in a patient and assesses and treats the whole patient, not just the specific disorder.”

Your first visit involves getting a detailed picture of your health. This is gathered by using methods unique to T.C.M. practice and philosophy. Diet, and lifestyle recommendation are also included in this process.

At Fix Me, Acupuncture, shiatsu, tuina and other modalities are used together in each treatment. This treats whole person effectively and allow me to address more as a therapist.
